How to film the Single Leg Balance Test

  1. Step 1

    Watch and follow the stance

    Watch the video and follow along. Stand on one leg and hold your balance for as long as possible.

  2. Step 2

    Avoid baggy clothing

    Use fitted sportswear or shorts so body movement stays easy to see.

  3. Step 3

    Record the full test

    Film at hip height. If participant loses balance, quickly get back into position and continue until 60 seconds is up.
